Tristy Rashtian is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and advises clients on various labor and employment matters, including cases involving The Fair Employment Housing Act and the American Disabilities Act.
Tristy graduated from Loyola Marymount University Law School where she served as the Research Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. During her time in law school, Tristy completed 38 hours of mediation training, thus, satisfying the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act and she received a mediation certificate from the Center of Conflict Resolution at Loyola Law School.
Prior to law school, Tristy graduated magna cum laude from University of Southern California in 2018.
