
Overview
Tristy Rashtian is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office who advises and defends employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Tristy represents employers in litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination claims based on age, race, sex, and disability, as well as retaliation, harassment, and paystub violations. Additionally, Tristy defends employers in workplace safety inspections, investigations and enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA.
In addition to her litigation practice, Tristy advises employers on compliance and preventative strategies, including counseling on employer policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and workplace violence prevention plans.
Tristy graduated from Loyola Marymount University Law School where she served as the Research Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. During her time in law school, Tristy completed 38 hours of mediation training, thus satisfying the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act, and also received a mediation certificate from the Center of Conflict Resolution at Loyola Law School.
Prior to law school, Tristy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2018.
