Overview

Travis Huffman represents employers facing unlawful discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation, class and collective actions, and other claims brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. His experience includes guiding companies through the full cycle of the dispute resolution process, from initial case assessment and advisement through trial and appeal.

In addition to his litigation practice, Travis advises businesses on a broad range of workplace health and safety matters including, in particular, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulatory issues, and regularly assists clients with the OSHA inspection process. He is also actively expanding his practice to support clients navigating and resolving workplace investigations.

In law school, he was a member of the Capital University Law School Law Review and Mock Trial team.
