Travis D. Huffman

Travis Huffman represents employers facing unlawful discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation, class and collective actions, and other claims brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. His experience includes guiding companies through the full cycle of the dispute resolution process, from initial case assessment and advisement through trial and appeal. Travis also conducts and advises on workplace investigations, helping employers respond to internal complaints of discrimination, harassment, and misconduct, and structuring those investigations to best position the findings if a charge or lawsuit follows.

In addition to his litigation practice, Travis advises businesses on a broad range of workplace health and safety matters including, in particular, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulatory issues, and regularly assists clients with the OSHA inspection process.
