Tracy Glanton

Tracy Glanton, a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office, brings a rare blend of legal skills, investigative insight, and law enforcement experience to her labor and employment practice. She advises and defends public and private employers in a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, employee discipline, and internal investigations. Known for her practical approach, Tracy helps clients resolve day-to-day personnel challenges while minimizing legal risk.

With a strong track record representing local governmental agencies, Tracy defends law enforcement agencies and officials against claims brought under federal and state law, including actions under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
