Tracy Glanton

Tracy Glanton, a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office, advises and defends employers in a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, employee discipline, and internal investigations. She works closely with employers to navigate day-to-day personnel challenges, manage sensitive workplace issues, and develop practical solutions that minimize risk while supporting business objectives.

Tracy brings a distinctive perspective to her practice from her prior career as a police officer and detective, where she developed extensive investigative and problem-solving experience. She draws on that background when conducting and advising on workplace investigations, assessing complex employee relations matters, and helping clients respond effectively to difficult workplace situations. Tracy also represents employers in employment litigation and has significant experience advising and defending both private and public sector organizations.
