Toyokazu Yamaguchi is the founder of Legal Professional Corporation Prelude in Tokyo. With experience in Shanghai and Hong Kong as a Registered Foreign Lawyer, he has a diverse practice that includes compliance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has also handled cross border cases involving investment, withdrawal, dispute and fraud investigation.
