Overview
With more than 30 years of litigation experience, Tim is known for representing employers in federal and state court litigation and administrative proceedings throughout the country. Tim has represented businesses in a wide variety of employment law claims including those based on restrictive covenants and trade secrets, harassment and discrimination, EEOC pattern and practice allegations, Fair Labor Standards Act, wage and hour, breach of duty of loyalty, and public policy discharge.
Tim’s litigation practice emphasizes representation of employers in restrictive covenant and trade secrets matters and discrimination cases in state and federal court. On the advice and counseling side, Tim has years of experience helping clients devise strategies to protect their confidential information and trade secrets in a practical and effective manner, and he regularly counsels clients regarding best practices for complying with statutory employment law guidelines and how to best handle problematic employee discipline and termination issues.
