Overview
Sophia Botti is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice includes advising and defending employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Sophia represents employers in litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination claims based on age, race, sex, and disability, as well as retaliation, harassment, and paystub violations.
In addition to her litigation practice, Sophia advises employers in compliance and preventative strategies, including providing advice on employer policies and procedure, employee handbooks, and workplace violence prevention plans.
Sophia received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where she was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science and Women’s and Gender Studies, from Rutgers University.
