Sarah defends employers in individual, class, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She has extensive experience managing employment litigation from initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation, including employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) matters.
