Overview

Ryan Mangum defends employers across various industries in employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. He advises employers on wage and hour issues, workplace investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Ryan’s unique blend of in-house and law firm experience equips him to provide strategic guidance on a wide range of labor and employment issues.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Ryan was U.S. Employment Counsel for Intel Corporation  where he led litigation strategy for high-risk employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, high-profile investigations , breach of contract, and unfair labor practice claims. He also designed and delivered training sessions for HR and management on joint employment, contingent workforce issues, and discrimination law updates.
