Ryan’s unique blend of in-house and law firm experience equips him to provide strategic guidance on a wide range of labor and employment issues.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Ryan was U.S. Employment Counsel for Intel Corporation where he led litigation strategy for high-risk employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, high-profile investigations , breach of contract, and unfair labor practice claims. He also designed and delivered training sessions for HR and management on joint employment, contingent workforce issues, and discrimination law updates.
