Roxanna advises employers across the UK and internationally on the full employee lifecycle, drawing on nearly a decade of experience supporting businesses from small enterprises to multinational corporations. Her advisory practice spans workplace culture reviews, policy design, and bespoke employment law training that draws on leadership, employee relations, and coaching principles to help managers handle difficult conversations with confidence. She has particular experience managing exits and other delicate employee relations situations, guiding employers through sensitive conversations and settlement negotiations with discretion, and regularly advises on cross-border matters where domestic UK obligations intersect with international operations. Roxanna also leads on multi-jurisdictional projects, coordinating employment law advice across sizeable international teams and markets.
