Ray Clark draws on nearly three decades of experience defending employers and guiding national retailers through the most challenging labor and employment matters. He counsels businesses across the retail, logistics, and corporate sectors on employment litigation, agency investigations, compliance audits, and risk management strategies. His experience includes handling claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, § 1981, USERRA, WARN, and numerous emerging state and local employment statutes, and representing employers in single-plaintiff lawsuits, large-scale restructuring, and high-stakes agency proceedings.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Ray served as Senior Counsel at a Fortune 250 retailer, where he advised executive leadership on critical employment issues, led workforce restructuring initiatives, and directed labor relations strategies across hundreds of locations. His extensive in-house and law firm experience gives him deep insight into the operational realities facing employers—enabling him to deliver legal guidance that is both business-driven and legally sound.
