Raissa Lima

Raissa Lima is an associate in the Boston office. She represents employers in employment litigation, advice and counseling, and labor matters across a variety of industries. In her litigation practice, Raissa represents employers in a broad range of litigation matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. She also counsels employers on day-to-day workplace matters, including employee discipline, workplace policies, employment-related agreements, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. In her labor practice, Raissa has experience defending employers against unfair labor practice allegations and in proceedings involving petitions for clarification and amendment. She has second-chaired arbitrations involving employee discharge and wage-related issues and has assisted with collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
