Overview
Preston Buchanan defends employers in various employment law matters in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Preston was an associate at a national multi-practice law firm where he represented insurers in bad faith matters and complex coverage disputes.
During law school, Preston was the Executive Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review. He also interned with federal judges at the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
