Nickolaus Cabrera

Nickolaus Cabrera is an associate in the firm’s Portland, Oregon office. Nick works on complex commercial employment disputes and provides counsel and advice on federal and Oregon state law to employers. Nick also assists both corporate and individual clients with processing employment-based visas including H-1B, L-1, and O-1 petitions, along with permanent residence applications.

Nick earned his J.D. with distinction from The University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as Co-President of the Iowa Student Bar Association, Writing Tutor at the Iowa Law Writing Center, student writer on the Iowa Law Review, student representative to the Iowa Law School Foundation, and social chair of the Hispanic Latino Law Student Association.
