Overview
Mythily Sivarajah is an experienced employment litigator and counselor who handles discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, and wage and hour claims under federal and California law. She partners with employers to identify and manage workplace risks, navigate employee relations challenges, and develop practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Mythily counsels employers on workplace policies, disability accommodation and leave management, investigations, compliance initiatives, and pre-litigation risk assessment. She also represents employers in administrative proceedings and employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, class, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters in state and federal courts and arbitration.
