Mythily Sivarajah

Mythily counsels employers on workplace policies, disability accommodation and leave management, investigations, compliance initiatives, and pre-litigation risk assessment. She also represents employers in administrative proceedings and employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, class, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters in state and federal courts and arbitration.

With nearly two decades of employment litigation experience, Mythily brings a pragmatic perspective to advising employers. She has tried cases to verdict, taken and defended hundreds of depositions, and managed matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal. Drawing on that litigation background enables her to provide advice that is both practical and informed by how workplace disputes are likely to be viewed by opposing counsel, agencies, mediators, judges, and juries.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Mythily represented employees in employment disputes, giving her insight into how plaintiffs develop and value claims and how to position a defense accordingly. Earlier in her career, she defended product liability and commercial litigation matters, adding defense-side experience to her employment background. Before entering the legal profession, Mythily worked in the biotechnology industry as a global channel coordinator, providing firsthand insight into the operational and business challenges faced by life sciences employers.
