Morgan Chase defends public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowers, and wage and hour violations. Morgan advises employers on compliance with state and federal labor laws, including Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. She also advises employers on employment policies and best practices, including hiring, leaves of absence, terminations, and internal investigations. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including education, healthcare, and technology.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Morgan was an associate at a national law firm where she worked on various workplace law-related matters.
