Michaela Russell

Michaela Russell advises and represents employers on all aspects of litigation involving claims against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, negligent supervision, negligent hiring, defamation, and wrongful discharge.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Michaela was a staff attorney for the South Carolina Court of Appeals. During law school, Michaela served as Symposium Editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society.
