Martha G. Vázquez

Martha Vázquez represents companies and individuals in all aspects of employment law-related issues, from trade secrets and unfair competition to federal and state employment law compliance and administrative proceedings in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Martha also has experience with providing counsel on employee terminations, hiring, discrimination, benefits, OSHA and labor issues.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Martha served as in-house counsel for a technology company in the business of operating automated school bus safety programs where she focused on employee relations and management, commercial and government contracts, and general counseling.
