Lino Parrales

Lino Parrales supports employers on labor and employment and social security matters in Mexico, with a focus on labor litigation.

Lino monitors labor proceedings before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, the labor courts and the Collegiate Circuit Courts, and he attends conciliation hearings and voluntary and involuntary separation proceedings. He drafts separation documentation, individual employment agreements, internal work regulations, documentation for the establishment of joint committees, statements of defense and other labor filings, and he supports advisory work for domestic and international clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive, film, real estate and logistics industries.
