Kyle J. Ignatius

Kyle Ignatius defends employers against various workplace-related claims, including wage and hour class and PAGA representative actions, as well as wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits in state and federal court. Kyle also provides strategic guidance on employment law issues, such as compliance with California labor laws and wage and hour regulations.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Kyle was an associate at a national multi-practice law firm in Los Angeles where he represented employers in wage and hour class and PAGA representative actions.

During law school, Kyle was the networking officer at The Sports Law Association where he assisted with launching the Sports & Name, Image and Likeness Clinic.
