
Overview
Kyle Aronson defends employers against a broad range of labor and employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA representative actions. Kyle has substantial experience before agencies such as the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Kyle was an associate at a California-based litigation firm where he focused on employment matters.
During law school, Kyle was the associate editor of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary and a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
