Overview
Kelsey Javier is a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Irvine office, where she represents employers in high-stakes employment litigation and serves as a trusted advisor on complex workplace issues. She defends employers and management in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, including single-plaintiff, PAGA, and class action litigation in state and federal courts.
Known for her strategic, practical approach, Kelsey works closely with employers to minimize risk, navigate sensitive personnel matters, and develop legally sound workplace policies. She advises clients on a broad range of day-to-day employment issues, including employee leave and accommodations, workplace investigations, discipline and termination decisions, and compliance with California’s evolving employment laws. She also conducts wage and hour audits and drafts employment agreements, handbooks, and policies tailored to her clients’ operational needs and business objectives.
