Katy Houshidari represents employers in labor and employment matters, drawing on her legal training and experience supporting employment litigation and workplace compliance.
Before joining Fisher Phillips as an associate, Katy worked as a summer clerk at the firm, where she conducted legal research on labor and employment issues, drafted motions, prepared deposition outlines, and assisted with mediations and settlement negotiations.
Katy’s additional legal experience includes working in the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General, where she researched discovery issues, analyzed legal arguments, and reviewed evidence in active cases.
