Kathleen Laubenstein

Kathy Laubenstein maintains a national practice advising employers on restrictive covenant and trade secret matters and representing clients in both enforcement and defense of litigation involving non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, as well as related issues such as trade secrets, duty of loyalty and unfair competition claims. She handles matters in federal and state courts throughout the country, as well as in arbitration, including broker-dealer matters at FINRA Dispute Resolution, Inc. Kathy also provides risk assessment and advice in connection with companies’ onboarding of experienced talent from competitor firms. 

She has experience litigating cases involving data security, assisting clients with conducting and overseeing internal and regulatory investigations relating to data security, and helping clients comply with applicable laws and regulations.
