Karly Johnson is a trusted advisor to businesses navigating the complexities of labor and employment law. Karly represents employers facing a wide array of employment disputes. She is also experienced in drafting employment policies, handbooks, contracts, and separation agreements. Karly provides practical training seminars on emerging labor and employment issues.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Karly spent nearly a decade developing her skills as a management-side labor and employment attorney at both regional and national multi-practice law firms. She regularly counseled employers and represented them in administrative proceedings, litigation, arbitrations, and collective bargaining.
