Overview
Justin Lee defends employers throughout California in individual and class action wage and hour disputes, including PAGA claims, as well as claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). Justin also advises employers on a broad range of workplace issues and helps them develop and implement effective HR policies and related documentation.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Justin served as an associate attorney at a national labor and employment defense firm, where he managed all aspects of employment litigation matters and counseled clients on compliance with California employment laws.
