Overview
Judith Dávila represents employers in complex labor and employment matters, including administrative litigation, workplace investigations, labor relations, and regulatory enforcement proceedings. Leveraging 12 years of experience enforcing and litigating matters under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), she helps employers navigate high-stakes workplace disputes, respond to government investigations, and develop practical strategies to minimize legal risk while advancing their business objectives.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Judith served as Senior Field Attorney and Litigation Specialist in the Phoenix Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board. She first-chaired numerous administrative trials and represented the NLRB in matters involving unfair labor practices, collective bargaining disputes, union organizing, workplace investigations, and other complex labor law issues. She managed matters from investigation through administrative trial and appeal and also litigated cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Her firsthand knowledge of NLRB enforcement priorities provides employers with valuable insight into agency investigations, litigation strategy, labor relations, and proactive compliance.
