Joseph Ruiz

Joseph Ruiz is a partner at Fisher Phillips Zumpano, the Miami office of Fisher & Phillips LLP, and advises and represents employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, with a particular focus on employment litigation and helping clients manage workplace risk. He defends employers against claims involving discrimination, unpaid overtime, disability accommodation, retaliation, OSHA issues, and other employment-related disputes.

Joseph also counsels employers and professional employer organizations (PEOs) on labor and employment matters before disputes arise. He helps clients review, negotiate, and prepare employment-related agreements, including confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.
