Joseph “J.B.” Lee is an associate in the Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips, where he represents employers in high-stakes labor and employment matters across the country. He has significant experience defending businesses in complex litigation involving federal employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). In addition, he regularly drafts and advises on non-compete, non-solicitation, and other employment agreements and workplace policies.
