Joel Moon

Joel Moon represents and advises employers on various labor and employment issues, including various state and federal law claims, wage and hour, PAGA actions, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, disability, reasonable accommodations, the interactive process, and wrongful termination.

Joel has litigated and advised clients on civil rights, torts, breach of contract, bankruptcy issues, and issues specific to wage and hour laws, including complex class action and representative actions. Joel has appeared and argued in both state and federal courts and has second chaired a state court civil trial. Joel has experience handling all stages of litigation, from commencement to settlement, trial, or appeal. Joel has extensive law and motion practice in both state and federal courts, including all aspects of discovery, dispositive motions, and pre-trial, trial, and post-trial motions.
