Overview
Jessie is a results-driven employment litigator who represents employers in disputes arising at all stages of a company’s lifecycle. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration, in matters involving employee mobility and defection, including trade secret misappropriation, non-compete agreements, and other restrictive covenant disputes. Jessie also litigates and advises on discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims, as well as breach of contract disputes involving employment agreements.
In addition to her litigation practice, Jessie also partners with clients to proactively manage workplace risk. She drafts and negotiates employment agreements, including restrictive covenant language, separation agreements and other employment policies and documents, and provides practical, business-focused advice on day-to-day employment law tailored to each client’s workforce and operational needs.
