Jessica Peterson is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. She counsels and defends employers on a wide variety of workplace issues, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA, and FCRA class action matters as well as wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases. Her counseling practice includes compliance across California and federal labor and employment laws.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jessica was a managing associate for a global law firm where she focused on labor and employment matters, including counseling employers to ensure their policies and procedures were compliant with California and federal regulations.
