Overview
Janelle Nunez advises employers on a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims as well as labor management relations.
Janelle received her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2024. During her first year in law school, Janelle was selected as a Legal Education Opportunities Program Scholar and Provost’s Scholar.
While in Law School, Janelle competed on the number one Moot Court team in the nation where she received awards for her oral advocacy skills, competed on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, received a CALI award for Negotiations, and was the President of the Employment Labor Law Student Association from 2022-2023.
Janelle received her B.A. in History and minored in Public Service and Community Engagement at the University of San Francisco in 2019.
