Jane Waterman-Joyce

Jane Waterman-Joyce represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, from counseling employers on the best ways to comply with ever-evolving legal landscapes, to representing employers in litigation matters in state and federal courts and in administrative cases before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Colorado Civil Rights Division (CCRD).

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jane worked at a full-service law firm where she provided counseling and advice services to employers and defended employers in litigation matters. Jane also counseled employers on immigration compliance.
