J. Andres Roldan defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination and harassment, drafting employee handbooks and conducting internal investigations.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Andres was an associate at an AV-rated litigation law firm where he focused on civil litigation matters, including employment and commercial litigation cases.
During law school, Andres was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, and he was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Chicanx-Latinx Law Review.
