Overview

Isaiah Alba is an associate and represents employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters including Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions and class actions, wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation litigation in both single-plaintiff and class action cases. In addition to his litigation practice, he also works closely with clients to implement handbook policies and employment practices that help prevent costly litigation including counseling on the management of leaves of absences (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PSL, PTO, FEHA reasonable accommodation LOAs) and complicated termination decisions.

Isaiah received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law. While in law school, he served as Co-President of the Filipinx Law Student Association and Ambassador for the King Hall Admissions Program. Isaiah was also a Sacramento County Bar Association Diversity Fellow, and recipient of both the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Reynoso Academic Achievement Award.

Isaiah earned his B.A. in Neuroscience from Claremont Mckenna College, graduating with honors. During his four years, he played for the school’s NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Team.
