Isaac D. Calderon
Associate
Overview
Isaac Calderon represents and advises employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters in state and federal courts, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and classification disputes.
Before entering the law, Isaac gained direct experience across a broad range of industries — including retail, hospitality, behavioral health, and the gig economy — giving him a ground-level understanding of how workplaces operate from a business and cultural standpoint, and the pressures employers face from within. In law school, Isaac worked for the U.S. Department of Labor as an employee benefits investigator and served as a research assistant examining vaccine law and policy at the state and federal level.
