Overview
Isaac Calderon represents and advises employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters in state and federal courts and in front of state and federal administrative agencies, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and classification disputes.
Prior to law school, Isaac gained direct experience across a broad range of industries — including retail, hospitality, behavioral health, and the gig economy. During law school, Isaac interned for the U.S. Department of Labor as an employee benefits investigator and served as a faculty research assistant examining vaccine law and policy at the state and federal level.
