Ilyana Barrera has more than 15 years of experience in labor litigation, social security consulting, and audits aimed at evaluating and preventing legal and administrative risks stemming from employment relationships. She also advises clients in connection with inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and taking steps to reduce and/or avoid economic sanctions from labor authorities.

Ilyana regularly presents training courses to help businesses adopt best practices for their workers and workplaces.
