Héctor Cuevas advises domestic and multinational clients on corporate governance, data protection, and anticorruption matters.
Hector has significant experience designing privacy and cybersecurity programs for public and private entities, as well as performing legal investigations into bribery allegations under the Mexican National Anti-Corruption System and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
His data protection experience includes handling diverse issues including international transfers under GDPR, cloud computing contracts, e-commerce issues, and public investigations and sanctions.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Héctor was a partner at a leading global professional services firm, where he advised clients on corporate matters in highly regulated industries such as energy, life sciences, telecommunications, water, and infrastructure.
