Overview

Heather Daiza defends businesses in a variety of employment-related administrative charges, arbitration, and litigation, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, and violations of wage and hour law. She also advises on and drafts employment contracts, employee handbooks, wage and hour audits, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

Heather previously was Senior Counsel in the Employment Law and Business Transactions/Litigation at a nationwide, full-service law firm, where her accomplishments included securing complete dismissal of discrimination and wage and hour actions; negotiating highly favorable settlements in wage and hour, independent contractor, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and breach of contract employment cases, including class actions and PAGA actions; and negotiating employment agreements, service agreements, and NDAs for diverse clientele, including technology companies.
