Hannah Kramer defends employers in various labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Additionally, she provides guidance on hiring, discipline, leave management, wage and hour issues, and reasonable accommodations.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Hannah most recently worked at a midsize national labor and employment firm. She also served as a labor and employment law clerk at a leading global media company, where she advised on matters involving collective bargaining, handled investigations, and monitored legislative developments affecting employers, including those related to artificial intelligence, privacy, and workplace policy. This in-house perspective helps Hannah understand the practical realities employers face, and deliver strategic, real-world advice tailored to each client’s operational needs.
