Gina Casale helps employers navigate workplace disputes and employment decisions with practical, business-focused legal counsel backed by more than 15 years of experience. She defends businesses of all sizes in employment litigation and administrative proceedings while advising management on the day-to-day workplace issues that help minimize legal risk.
Gina represents employers in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodation, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and other employment claims under Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, and state and federal employment laws. She manages every stage of litigation—from pre-suit investigations through trial—and has secured favorable outcomes including voluntary dismissals, summary judgment rulings, and defense verdicts. She also regularly represents employers before the EEOC, state civil rights agencies, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
