Gabriel S. Gladstone

Gabe Gladstone represents employers in restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes in state and federal courts across the country. He advises companies both in enforcing non-competes, non-solicits, and confidentiality agreements against departing employees and competitors, and in defending employers and executives accused of violating them. Gabe also defends employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour litigation before courts and administrative agencies.

Gabe regularly advises employers on structuring and carrying out workforce reductions, from initial planning through execution, including WARN Act and state notice compliance and severance design. He also drafts and negotiates restrictive covenant agreements to protect clients before disputes arise. His counseling practice also covers wage and hour compliance, accommodations and leave, worker classification, and performance management.
