Erin Mullen

Throughout her career, Erin has managed a diverse range of labor and employment matters for mid-size and large businesses, including those in the higher education and professional services sectors. She regularly advises on compliance with employment laws and crafts pragmatic solutions that address both immediate legal challenges and long-term business objectives. Her experience includes handling matters in state and federal courts as well as providing day-to-day preventive counseling to help clients avoid litigation before it arises.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Erin served as an associate at a national law firm, where she represented employers in labor and employment litigation. She also brings valuable perspective from her prior role as in-house counsel for a national company, where she drafted and negotiated employment agreements and advised business teams on workplace policies and compliance.
