Eric Eastham delivers more than 15 years of experience defending employers and advising businesses in labor and employment matters, with a focus on complex litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance across the technology, sports, and entertainment sectors. He counsels management teams on claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee mobility under Title VII, FEHA, and related statutes, and guides clients through class actions, single-plaintiff disputes, and contract enforcement issues.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Eric served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at a national sports and entertainment management agency, where he managed all human resources, employment, and compliance matters for a diverse roster of high-profile clients. This in-house perspective, combined with prior experience at an international Am Law firm, provides Eric with potent insight into the challenges employers face and the strategies that drive effective, business-oriented results.
