
Overview
Emily Selig represents employers across various industries in disputes before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. Emily has experience litigating claims arising under Title VII, the FLSA, the FMLA, the ADA, the ADEA, and the WARN Act, as well as claims involving employment contracts, workplace torts, and whistleblowing. Emily also advises on and drafts employee handbooks and employment contracts.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Emily was an associate at a global labor and employment law firm where she litigated a broad range of employment law claims, including discrimination and harassment and leaves of absence and accommodation matters.
