Elizabeth Lobaugh defends employers in a wide range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour actions in federal and state courts, before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the California Civil Rights Department.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Elizabeth was labor and employment counsel at an international AmLaw 100 law firm in Sacramento where she managed all aspects of single-plaintiff employment cases.
