Overview
Eleanor Miller defends clients against a variety of employment discrimination claims in state and federal court, in arbitration, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Her practice includes representing and advising employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the National Labor Relations Act.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Eleanor was an Honors Program attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she managed a docket of labor and employment litigation matters and defended management in labor arbitrations, at the EEOC, and at the Merit Systems Protection Board. She also negotiated favorable settlement agreements with the union in connection with national-level labor grievances and advised management on labor and employment law issues including collective bargaining obligations, civil service laws, and compliance with Title VII and the Rehabilitation Act.
