Eleanor F. Miller

Beyond litigation, Eleanor represents employers in traditional labor matters, including arbitrations, Unfair Labor Practice charges before the NLRB, and collective bargaining negotiations. She works with employers of all sizes, offering practical, business-oriented advice tailored to client needs.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Eleanor was an Honors Program Attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she managed labor and employment litigation, represented management in arbitrations and proceedings before the EEOC and MSPB, and negotiated resolutions of national-level labor grievances. She advised agency leadership on collective bargaining obligations, civil service laws, and Title VII and Rehabilitation Act compliance.

In law school, Eleanor was Executive Research Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review, a Moot Court Board member, and interned with Chief Judge Stephen Louis A. Dillard of the Georgia Court of Appeals.
