Overview
Dylan Teixeira is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office, where he counsels employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters in both state and federal courts. Dylan represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation and provides day-to-day advice to help employers navigate complex workplace issues.
Dylan is a member of the firm’s Sports Team, a diverse group of former collegiate and professional athletes dedicated to advising sports employers regarding compliance with applicable laws and regulations and managing controversies, as well as vigorously defending them before governmental, regulatory, and administrative agencies and, when necessary, in litigation.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Dylan served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J. Cv., where he gained valuable insight into the judicial process and developed extensive experience in conducting mediations and alternative dispute resolution.
