Drew Tate

A partner in the firm's Los Angeles office, Drew Tate defends businesses against wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related claims brough as class and collective actions, California Private Attorneys General Act suits, and/or single-plaintiff cases. He also provides day-to-day advice on a wide range of labor and employment issues. 

Drew strives to optimally position clients and communicate important developments to help them make the best, fully informed decisions. He has a keen appreciation of business realities, collaborates to anticipate potential problems, and aims to resolve issues early so that clients can get back to business. An aggressive litigator, Drew fiercely defends employers’ interests in court and arbitrations.
